Technical/Functional Skills
·         Strong experience as PeopleSoft Upgrade Specialist for PeopleSoft HR 9.2 Upgrade with tools version 8.54
·         Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft System Administration Tools like Process Scheduler, Data Mover, Application Designer etc.
·         Strong working experience in Change Assistance.
·         Understanding of PeopleSoft Testing Framework setup.
·         Hands on experience in managing PeopleSoft 9.2 instances and understanding of PIA
·         Hands on experience in building PeopleSoft 9.2 environments
·         Experience in performance tuning of PeopleSoft 9.2 instances as well as upgrade scripts, as needed
·         The candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to work closely with Customer SMEs
Roles & Responsibilities
·         Manager communication with offshore PS Admin, to ensure upgrade is on target
·         Will be working closely with Oracle in resolving critical issues and also formulating strategy for performance improvements
·         Will be responsible for preparing PeopleSoft Admin related documentation
·         Provide thought leadership and consulting support for upgrade and implementation teams
Generic Managerial Skills
·         Support Project Manager in providing status and progress reports
·         Provide thought leadership and consulting support for upgrade and implementation teams
