Oracle Apps HR consultant


Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 06 + Months
Job Type: Contract

Work Authorization: PR, Citizen, TN Visa


At least 6 to 8 years’ experience as Oracle EBS Functional Consultant/Analyst  in the Human Capital Management (HCM/ HRMS) Area
·          Implementation experience in Oracle R12 HR Competency Management
·         Clear understanding of business process for Competency development and the interaction with Core HR and Learning Management Systems
·         Conduct Business Requirement and Solution discussion workshops and create documents as an output to the discussions
·         Create Process charts for As is , To Be processes and identify Gaps.
·         Configure Oracle R12 EBS system as per identified requirements and conduct Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Testing sessions
·         Log , Track and fix issues raised during the conference room pilots and user acceptance testing sessions
·         Create functional specs, data migration documents etc. to serve as a baseline for technical team to be able to build reporting or migration scripts
·         Create and update project plans and provide weekly status updates to client
·         Flexibility to travel internationally if required for short term durations to attend meetings with users
