12.  Respond to report and query requests from the HR and Executive communities ensuring data integrity and employee data privacy.
13.  Perform ad hoc and schedules data audits to ensure data integrity.
14.  Manage HR Technology related documentation ensuring accurate and timely updates.

       Communicate the test plan across project teams and coordinate all resources to ensure successful execution
       Adapt the test plan and compensate as needed, adjusting to evolving conditions
