Technical/Functional Skills
1.    Minimum 7 – 10 Years of experience in SAP HCM / HR Module with at least 2-3 years’ experience in managing multiple, large-scale, cross-functional teams and projects.
2.    Able to lead planning, design and implementation of business processes changes within the SAP HR areas of responsibility. Lead planning and participate in the design and implementation of business systems which support assigned business process.
3.    Define project objectives, scope, and resource requirements.
4.    Able to develop and maintain thorough understanding of existing Clients’ business processes within the area of responsibility.
5.    Able to develop and maintain the Business Cases, supporting business process re-engineering, which include cost/benefit factors, quality, cycle time, and ROI.
6.    Duplicating/re-creation of scenarios in SAP HCM environment (where possible) to trouble-shoot or identify and resolve client problems
7.    Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support.
8.    Expertise in requirement gathering, gap-analysis (Business and Technical), and strategic roadmap/blueprint development required.
9.    Excellent Communication Skills as this position will be communicating directly with customers, internal staff (on-shore / off-shore) to work towards case resolutions and other deliverables.
10.  Experience with client facing consulting engagements
11.  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
12.  Bachelors in Computer Sciences, Engineering or other relevant field or equivalent work experience.
13.  Should be comfortable with PA, OM, PY, TM, and Travel Expense.
14.  Mentor other team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications when requested
15.  Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
16. Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
Roles & Responsibilities
·         Successful Candidate will be leading the SAP HCM (on-Shore / Off-Shore) team Model at the Client Location in Newark NJ. The candidate will be coordinating directly with stake-holders. The candidate must be capable of client deliverables within a specified timelines.  Work with client IT and vendors to assess “as-is” systems processes, architecture and suggest roadmap, “to-be” architecture, blueprint for IT transformation.  Drive discovery sessions with business and other stakeholders. Develop proof-of-concept and conduct solution review with stakeholders. Lead the integration effort involving 3rd Party system and technologies. Design documentation and build. Work with testing team to finalize integration testing strategy, test plan. Involve in deployment planning and application deployment.
Generic Managerial Skills
·         Good communication skills to interact with Business and other project stake holders
·         Ability to lead all Requirement Gathering sessions with the Customer
·         Manage UAT with the Business in SCM area

SAP APO SPP Consultant - Lake Forest, IL
Relevant Experience
·         5  years hands on experience with SAP APO and SPP
·         At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation experience

2.    Strong Knowledge in Realignment.

7.    Worked with DRP Matrix and Deployment
8.    Experienced in Inventory planning
9.    Master data Exp with : BOD, Locations, products
10. Working knowledge of EOQ planning, Triggers & PSM jobs
Roles & Responsibilities
·         Serve as a SAP Application Functional Specialist, providing application functional support.
·         Support and develop SAP job scheduling in support of the SAP SPP / APO  activity

·         Experienced in stake holder management, Regular reporting, Actively engage with the client team by Leading in the business process discussions
